3 And he entered again into the synagogue; and there was a man there which had a withered hand.
2 And they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath day; that they might accuse him.
3 And he saith unto the man which had the withered hand, Stand forth.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.
1 This was a time people lived by the work of their hands so this man would have not been able to work because of a withered hand and may have been needy because of this.
2 They werent looking for a miracle to honor God, they werent looking for God to work and change a man, they were looking to place blame, this shows that their hearts were more focused on blaming then praising God.
3 Jesus is about to heal the man but plans to explain why first because unlike the crowd trying to accuse Him, He doesnt want people to be mislead what He is doing.
