2 And straightway many were gathered together, insomuch that there was no room to receive them, no, not so much as about the door: and he preached the word unto them.
3 And they come unto him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was borne of four.

These are my thoughts, pleas share yours.
1 People wanted to know where Jesus was so they could go find Him and see Him.
2 The crowds was so many that people could not go thru the door and no one could leave.
3 So these friends no they have to bring their friend to Jesus for healing no matter what, they need to get to Jesus.
