2 And straightway many were gathered together, insomuch that there was no room to receive them, no, not so much as about the door: and he preached the word unto them.

1 This house may have been Peter’s or another of His disciples because about half of them lived in this city.
2 A very large crowd for that days time, everyone of the city may have attempted to come and see Jesus and when they did He shared the word with them. We should gather to hear and share the word in the presence of the Lord.
