1 Chronicles 27:25-28 King James Version (KJV)
25 And over the king's treasures was Azmaveth the son of Adiel: and over the storehouses in the fields, in the cities, and in the villages, and in the castles, was Jehonathan the son of Uzziah:
26 And over them that did the work of the field for tillage of the ground was Ezri the son of Chelub:
27 And over the vineyards was Shimei the Ramathite: over the increase of the vineyards for the wine cellars was Zabdi the Shiphmite:
28 And over the olive trees and the sycomore trees that were in the low plains was Baalhanan the Gederite: and over the cellars of oil was Joash:

The King’s Directors
25 Azmaveth son of Adiel was in charge of the royal •storehouses [treasuries].
Jonathan son of Uzziah was in charge of the •storehouses [treasuries] in the country, towns, villages, and •towers [fortresses].
26 Ezri son of Kelub was in charge of the field workers who •farmed [tilled]the land.
27 Shimei, from the town of Ramah, was in charge of the vineyards.
Zabdi, from Shapham, was in charge of storing the wine that came from the vineyards.
28 Baal-Hanan, from Geder, was in charge of the olive trees and sycamore trees in the •western hills [L Shephelah].
Joash was in charge of storing the olive oil.

25 He was in charge of all the king owned and all the royal family had. Jonathan was in charge of the people’s storehouses which for both showed they had a great duty they were like today people having an accountant to handle their money and these storehouses were like banks.
26-27 These two are most likely being in charge of the workers for the king or being put in charge for the king to make sure people are working. Being in charge of the storage of wine, wine was droned more then water in those times because water often was not clean.
28-29 Olive oil was used in any cooking for the Israelites so this was important for someone to be in charge of the storage and where the trees are.
