Mark 1:21-24 King James Version (KJV)
21 And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught.
22 And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.
23 And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out,
24 Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God.

21 Jesus taught from the synagogues, the early Christians would do this as well.
22 He taught this way because He is God and does have authority, He is the Word in flesh.
23 This shows that demons can be in church, this is often something thought different, believers can not be demon possessed but we are and can be suppressed by demons. They were so far away from God’s truth that this demon didn’t feel any harm by being there, we don’t want a church that makes demons feel comfortable.
24 Demons know and can confess who He is but they don’t submit to Him as Lord, coming to faith is more then believing Him as Lord it is letting Him Lord over us as He is intended to.
