Nehemiah 3:29-30 King James Version (KJV)
29 After them repaired Zadok the son of Immer over against his house. After him repaired also Shemaiah the son of Shechaniah, the keeper of the east gate.
30 After him repaired Hananiah the son of Shelemiah, and Hanun the sixth son of Zalaph, another piece. After him repaired Meshullam the son of Berechiah over against his chamber.

29 After them hath Zadok son of Immer strengthened, over against his house; and after him hath Shemaiah son of Shechaniah, keeper of the east gate, strengthened.
30 After him hath Hananiah son of Shelemiah strengthened, and Hanun the sixth son of Zalaph, a second measure; after him hath Meshullam son of Berechiah strengthened, over-against his chamber.
These are my thoughts, please share yours.
29 So he repaired his own, home if we can we need to serve with our own family first but of course following God’s will. So this man’s job was to watch the east gate but his sees the need to help, we may have a full job but God still wants us to make time to serve Him in these ways that come up to us.
30 So these two work together sometimes we have to work together to get the things done to the best of their ability. So this other man works on the part near his home, sometimes we don’t have to be called far away to serve the Lord but can serve by our home.
