Nehemiah 3:24-26 King James Version (KJV)
24 After him repaired Binnui the son of Henadad another piece, from the house of Azariah unto the turning of the wall, even unto the corner.
25 Palal the son of Uzai, over against the turning of the wall, and the tower which lieth out from the king's high house, that was by the court of the prison. After him Pedaiah the son of Parosh.
26 Moreover the Nethinims dwelt in Ophel, unto the place over against the water gate toward the east, and the tower that lieth out.

25 Palal the son of Uzai made repairs opposite the turning of the wall, and the tower which lieth out from the king’s high house that was by the court of the prison; after him Pedaiah the son of Parosh.
26 Moreover the Nethinim dwelt in Ophel unto the place opposite the Water Gate toward the east, and the tower that lieth out.

24 So he repairs this section in front of the other man’s home doesn’t question why this guy is not helping but does his part as he is lead to do often times looking at others prevent us from doing what the Lord wants us to do because we come up with excuses.
25 So Palal is making repairs in front of the kings and guards area which meant as long as the king favored the rebuilding he was safe but if the king changed his mind or their was an attack he would most likely be the first of those rebuilding to be effected. Pediah also lends his hand to help we all should be willing to do our part as we the church are to serve.
26 The temple servants helped make repairs to the gate that lead to the temple and a tower they may have lived with this man because they could not yet live in the temple.
