Ezra 6:6-7 King James Version (KJV)
6 Now therefore, Tatnai, governor beyond the river, Shetharboznai, and your companions the Apharsachites, which are beyond the river, be ye far from thence:
7 Let the work of this house of God alone; let the governor of the Jews and the elders of the Jews build this house of God in his place.

6 Now then, Tattenai, governor of Trans-Euphrates [C provinces west of the Euphrates River], Shethar-Bozenai, and •all the officers of that area [their colleagues and officials of the Trans-Euphrates], stay away from there. 7 •Do not bother [L Leave alone] the work on that •Temple [L house] of God. Let the governor of the Jews and the Jewish elders rebuild this •Temple [L house]where it was before.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.
6 So it is being decreed that those in charge let them build and not interfere. This would be the one who was in control of that area and would be the one people would go to try to have it stop, this would also prevent him from keeping others to stop, sometimes God just tries to let things happen to us it is most of the time to test us but never means God is silent. Sometimes the best thing is to not to have some people involved.
7 The temple had to be done by Jewish people no Gentiles could be involved in the building because then it would not be holy. He is commanded to let them build this house there would be many to try to stop them and would for a time. Sometimes while God allows us to act satan is working to try to stop us.
